Triumph's aim is to craft motorcycles that deliver a great riding experience through the fusion of a well-balanced, easy-to-handle chassis and strong, flexible engines. The result is an inspiring range of motorcycles delivering intelligent, usable performance. Triumph employees are the heartbeat of the business. From the design department in Hinckley to the workshops of their dealers, everyone at Triumph works with passion and pride on the award-winning motorcycles that excite and engage our customers.
OMS have been working with Triumph for a number of years, in both a consultancy and training capacity. Initially, we were engaged to produce a bespoke Health and Safety inspection process and associated forms for their manufacturing plant in Hinckley. Thereafter, OMS trained all of the relevant staff in how to carry out the inspections, through role play and simulated work environments.
Since then, OMS have been commissioned by Triumph to carry out further work including the delivery of IOSH Directing Safely training for their senior leadership team, bespoke ladder training for machinery cleaning staff in their manufacturing plant, and NEBOSH National General, NEBOSH Environmental & NEBOSH Fire Certificate training. We have also rolled out a programme of further targeted training courses, for their teams, including IOSH Managing Safely, IPAF, CITB Health & Safety Awareness, Abrasive Wheels, and Manual Handling.
"We have enjoyed a long and professional relationship with OMS and value their experience, knowledge and guidance in ensuring our employees are given bespoke training ensuring they are trained to recognised standards that gives us confidence as a company and enhances the performances of our individuals to be competent and have the skill sets to meet all our high standards and legal requirements."
