A Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card provides the proof that you have the required training and qualifications to safely work on construction sites. Although there is no legal obligation to have a CSCS card before you work on site, most major contractors and house builders require that workers on their sites need to possess a valid CSCS card, so it can be a major asset for those forging careers in the construction industry.
To apply for a CSCS card, you have to obtain the required construction-related qualifications and training as well as pass the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test – otherwise known as the CSCS Card Touchscreen Test. This test examines your knowledge across a range of relevant topics with an aim of improving safety and productivity on site.
We’re pleased to announce that we provide this popular touchscreen test at our training centre. Based in the heart of Leicestershire and only two miles from Junction 22 of the M1, our test centre is easily accessed from all over the country. We offer free onsite parking for all delegates and welcome you into a comfortable environment where you can sit your test hassle-free.
You can sit the singular touchscreen test or you can combine your test with our one-day CITB Health and Safety Awareness course on the same day. Visit our CSCS Card Test page for more information and to book your place at a date and time convenient for you.
