Because of the nature of the business it is important that Drainage 2000 can demonstrate their quality and environmental standards and that their team is always trained to the highest standards and are aware of Health and Safety requirements. When they approached OMS they were looking for support throughout the process of achieving ISO 9001 certification, as well as a management system that would not only tick all their clients’ boxes but would enhance the business too.
Since 2002, OMS have provided Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality and HR advice and consultancy to Drainage 2000. Specifically, we have developed their Health and Safety management system, their quality management system and achievement of ISO 9001:2008 certification and their environmental management system and achievement of ISO 14001:2004.
We have provided new contracts of employment, their employee handbook and on-going HR advice and support. We have supported them in achieving Constructionline, Safecontractor and CHAS approval and have provided bid, PQQ and tender support, enabling them to secure better business. We also provide their Health and Safety training, conduct fire risk assessments and PAT testing to ensure that they can operate safely and legally.
