Yellow belt training at OMS  

The course is run over two days here at the OMS headquarters in the East Midlands. It’s CPD accredited and comes with 5 hours of additional coaching to help you with your project, this coaching can be completed virtually or in person. There’s continuous assessment during the two days when you are here at OMS’s training centre with the improvement project following the DMAIC structure, that’s part of your qualification process.  

Once you are Yellow Belt qualified, you’ll be able to provide a valuable contribution to Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lead Six Sigma within your company OR facilitate the start of the Lean programme within the organisation.
